My PhD research project was focused on computational aspects of the presence of drug resistance mechanisms in bacteria. This project was co-advised by prof. Jerzy Tiuryn and prof. Limsoon Wong. During my PhD studies I had a great opportunity to work as a research assistant, for almost two years, at the School of Computing of the National University of Singapore.
