On the symplectomorphisms of rational 4-manifolds.

Abstrakt: We show that every homotopically trivial symplectomorphism of a
rational or ruled 4-manifold is smoothly isotopic to the identity. This
allows to understand the sructure of the diffeotopy group of rational and
ruled 4-manifolds.
